The WSWSC held a special membership meeting today to vote on whether change the WSWSC bylaws to reduce the number of members on the board from seven to five members. The change was requested due to difficulty keeping seven board positions filled. The change passed 8 votes to change to five members and 1 vote to stay at 7 members.
Since there are currently two open board positions the board will remain with the same five members:
Thompson
Caramanica
Haley
Ripperger-Suhler
Spehar
Thompson and Haley will be up for re-election in March.
