Help Shape Our Water Future – Join a New Committee!

Dear Members,

The WSWSC is excited to announce the formation of two new committees dedicated to strengthening our community’s water infrastructure—and we need your help!

Committee to Build Well #4
This group will help guide the planning, development, and oversight of our next water well. If you have experience in engineering, construction, project management, or simply a passion for ensuring reliable water access, we’d love to have you involved. The board is open to local management of the project or the hiring of a General Contractor. In either scenario there will be significant coordination and management needed.

Leak SWAT Team
Leaks are costly and wasteful. Our new SCADA system has been an invaluable tool to detect when a leak occurs in our system. However, finding the leak can be challenging. This team will be on-call to help us walk areas of the system looking for signs of a leak. We need someone to organize the team’s activities as well as folks that are able to walk the lines. It’s a great way to get some exercise and your contribution will make a difference in how quickly we find and repair leaks.

Volunteering is a great way to serve your neighbors, learn more about our water system, and be part of meaningful progress. If you’re interested in joining either committee, please contact me directly at president@wswsc.org.

Thank you for being an engaged and valued member of our water community.

Sincerely,
Gregg Thompson
President, Whitewater Springs Water Supply Company
